| Reception: A dinner party will be held after the program on Monday, September 29 at the CDB Salon. |

| Lunch: There is only a small cafeteria near the venue. Please inform us at the time of application if you would like us to arrange a Japanese lunch box. |
| Lunch box fee: 1,000 yen per lunch. Lunch fee will be collected at the time of registration. |
| Oral Presenters: Speakers can use their own personal computers when making presentations. However, Presenter View function cannot be used as computers will be connected at the operator's desk and not directly at the podium. Please bring any peripherals or adaptors needed to connect your computer to the projector. Speakers are requested to check the connection in the operator room located inside the auditorium during break time (coffee break or lunch break) before their talk. Please bring backup data in the form of a CD-R or USB memory. Resolution of the LCD projector is SXGA (1280 X 1024). |
| Poster Presenters: The panel size of the poster is 180 cm (height) X 90 cm (width). Please leave a 20 cm X 20 cm space on the upper left hand corner of the poster for numbering the panel. The poster number will be provided by the meeting office. |

| Use of Internet | A number of Internet-access modular jacks, cables and PCs are available
for use by meeting participants in the cafeteria opposite the Auditorium.
Wireless internet connections are also available. |
| Preview room | Space is available for speakers to preview and rehearse their presentations in the anteroom adjacent to the Auditorium. |
| Lockers | Lockers and luggage rooms are available at the venue. |
